Q: What are the flight times?
A: You have the opportunity to book any available British Airways commercial flight from your preferred British Airways hub international airport in the US on Wednesday July 5th and return on any available commercial flight to the US between Sunday July 9th and Sunday 23, 2017.
Q: I can’t make that date can I get another flight?
A: Cardmembers must travel on July 5th only for departure from US to UK.
Q: I can not fly at night so I’ll be booking an early flight to UK on July 5th. Will hotel accommodations be made for me on July 5th?
A: No, the package includes hotel for July 6th, 7th and 8th so you will need to make your own accommodations.
Q: Can I purchase more than 2 tickets for this flight?
A: No, package invitation is for cardmember and one guest only. .
Q: I need to get an internal flight to a BA international US hub is this included?
A: No, the package price includes flight from BA international US hub to UK Heathrow or London City airports only. Any US internal flights would need to be booked separately.
Q: I or my companion require special assistance (mobility issues) will it be accommodated?
A: Yes, all event locations are accessible.
Q: Can I use my Travel Together Ticket?
A: Yes, if you have at least 400,000 Avios and a Travel Together Ticket then you may use these to purchase the package.
Q: I have enough Avios in my household account can I use this?
A: Yes, as long as your guest is a member of the Household Account, or is listed on your Friends and Family list.
Q: Does my guest have to be a member of the Executive Club or a Chase card holder?
A: No, if you are an individual Avios holder then you may invite any guest. However, all guests must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid passport.
Q: Can I stay at another hotel/attend another event or cancel an event?
A: The opportunity is sold as package, and cannot be altered

Q: If I need to cancel my reservation who do I contact?
A: If you need to cancel your reservation please email above&. You will not receive a refund of Avios per the terms and conditions, however yourTravel Together Ticket will be refunded to your Executive Club account.
