/ The SWBAT: talk about their immediate personal world (possessions and their peer group); describe people (appearance, nationality with national origin, personality); describe everyday objects (appearance, origin, cost)
Language: The main grammatical focus is on the noun (gender and number); definite and indefinite articles; descriptive adjectives (form, position, and agreement); the verbs SER and TENER
Culture: The focus is on interpersonal relationships, especially on Hispanic dating habits and the concept of friendship.
DATE OF EVALUATION:
(TEST) / Day of the Dead project deadlines will be discussed in class. Pay attention to the deadlines. First deadline to submit your person and 2 references (minimum) is Wednesday, October 21(A day) & Thursday, October 22 (B day).

B day: 10/22 / Do Now- sentence translation; discuss endings of adjectives to describe males & females; Activities 1 & 2 orally; power point adjective act in pairs; view some and elicit adjectives focusing on what the person is/is not using gender and number; Act 3 p.94 written; go over tarea; written activity with adjectives; review B top of p.95 and develop sentences to demonstrate the concept; oral class response and individual written practice Act 5;
Tarea: define nouns and adjectives on vocab sheet & read culture pages 83 & 91; study for quiz tomorrow on lesson 2
