Senior Software Engineer
Location: Randolph AFB (San Antonio, TX)

PCI is actively seeking a Senior Software Engineerfor an immediate opening to provide Software Engineering support to the BusinessEnterprise Services Division (AFLCMC/HIC) at Randolph AFB, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) issue support/resolution to includesustainment system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Provide after-action report to chief engineer.
- Provide input to portfolio's AF SEAM self-assessment and support follow-onindependent validation assessments.
- Create/Update OSS&E Baseline Document (OBD). Report OSS&E issues at ENReviews. Prepare annual OSS&E Report.
- Support the development of/maintain the Systems Engineering Plan(SEP)/LCMP/LSSP.
- Support the development of IA/security documentation including facilitatingmeetings between PMO and Cybersecurity team in order to completeDIACAP/RMF certification phases.
- Support System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review(PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR) andEngineering Go/No-Go Review.
- Provide support for system performance testing by assessing current KPPs andcorresponding goals of performance test plans.
- Support Security Requirements- Fortify, SCA, AppScan.
- Support the development/analysis/ of system (product) requirements andvalidation of the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Support the development/review of the Software Development Plan (SDP),System Subsystem Specification (SSS), System Design Document (SDD),Interface Description Document (IDD), Database Description Document (DBDD) and other documents
- Support PM with program schedule review and modification.
- Coordinate PMO hardware and software licenses for purchases and renewals with AFPC enterprise.
- Provide input to PMO team for incorporating engineering life cycle with an agile framework.
- Coordinate hardware/COTS software upgrades for IBM Websphere products in support of vPSI infrastructure and provide architectural design recommendation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience
- Should have specific experience with:
- Unix/Linux based platforms
- Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Visio, Project
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- IBM Websphere products
- Development Languages (C#, SQL Server, Java, and JavaScript, and Oracle Products)
- Managing SOA services
- Working knowledge of the AF and DISA networks is desired.
- Security + certification or the ability to acquire one is required
- Candidate must obtain, and maintain, the proper personnel clearance for this position – Secret
