  99. Difficult to sustain direct faculty exchange (exchange courses, homes, etc)

  101. What is a good way to communicate possibilities to faculty?
  102. Consul general of India offered to be liaison if we wanted that
  103. Vietnamese ministry of education sponsored American faculty to come to teach at Vietnamese university
  104. Partnership programs
  105. Study in foreign university but receive American degree
  106. Pick one and then try to make it work
