Fill in and submit MBB Contact Details form, and emergency contact details form:


Contact Departmental Safety Officer Ruth Roberts (ext. 24126 ) for basic equipment training, and Health & Safety information.
Complete compulsory online training relevant to the department and the University

Obtain U Card swipe access from Ruth Roberts () providing U Card number, name, position (and expiry date if relevant) if you will be working out of hours and/or need access to:liquid Nitrogen tank, NMR suite, F Floor, LMF etc.).
