IMPORTANT NOTICES

  1. School Charges – we request that “School Charges” are paid before Friday, June 19th. This will allow us to pay our suppliers on time and will allow you to spread out the overall “return to school” costs. A breakdown of these charges is provided on your son’s booklist overleaf. All items listed are ordered prior to the summer holidays to be in place for the new school year.
  1. Book Rental Scheme – If you have subscribed to our BRS your son(s) will be given his BRS books as listed on his first day back at school. A “sign off slip” will be provided to senior pupils and to the parents of infants.

Ø  N.B. If you have not subscribed to the Book Rental Scheme you must also purchase these books as listed on the book list.

3.  A Book Grant is available again this year to assist parents / guardians in need with the purchase of school books for the coming school year. Please contact the school office for an application form and return before the deadline of Friday, June 19th. All applications are treated in the strictest confidence.

4.  The School Uniform Dress Code has been agreed by our Parents’ Association and our Board of Management and forms part of our Code of Behaviour. We aim to present our boys in the best possible way every day and request your cooperation with this matter.

·  A grey shirt, long or short sleeve, or grey polo shirt.

·  Navy trousers and navy jumper with school crest on all days except PE days. A new version of the school jumper is available with the school name above the crest and town name below the crest.

·  Plain black shoes or plain black runners only. White or multi-coloured footwear or any stripes or markings on black footwear are not acceptable.

·  On PE days the boys must wear a navy school tracksuit. i.e. a navy sweater top with the school crest and plain navy track suit bottoms. Stripes or logos on any part of the track suit are not acceptable. White or multi-coloured runners may be worn on PE days only.
