OPERATING RULES for NFD Apartments
I. Conditions and terms
1. The apartment will be rented out only to clients booked through NFD or DAE agencies. Upon arrival, guests must present their Reservation Confirmation Voucher, along with their ID card, passport or other valid identity document. In addition, a deposit of 100eu is required upon arrival. 60EU will be deducted for laundry, cleaning (done at the end of your stay) maintenanceservices and internet. Fresh linen, towels and extra cleaning during your stay (ie. two week vacations) available at extra charge.
2. Check in and pick up of the keys to the apartment takes place between 16:00 and 18:00 o´clock. There is an additional cost for late arrivals and must be agreed upon beforehand by phone or email. After 20:00 o´clock your apartment may be let to another customer and the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Between 22:00 and 8:00 o´clock rules for quiet night time apply. Only with a consent of the competent official, or the management can there be an organized event after 22:00, in areas designated for that purpose.
4. The payment for the accommodation and the services provided are based on a price list. The complete price list is available for inspection at reception and on the website.
5. Check out time and return of the keys is at 10:00 am. If you do not leavethe apartment until 12:00 o´clock, you will be charged for a completeextra day. Extended stay must be agreed upon prior to arrival.
The apartment is considered vacant after all the clients´ belongings were removed. Any damages or breakage of any items will be deducted from the deposit of 100Eu
6.HOLIDAY NFD SPAIN, S. L. (hereafter HOLIDAY NFD) reserves the right to require the customer to pay 100% of the accommodation price before arriving at the Marina d´Or. Booking is considered complete only when the full payment is satisfied.
7.HOLIDAY NFD is authorized to charge the following cancellation fees in case of cancelation of your reservation (in writing) with the following terms:
-More than 14 days before arrival: no charge
-Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50%
-Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price
II. Client and NFD responsibilities
1.HOLIDAY NFD is not responsible for their clients´belongings, money or valuables left unattended.
2. The client is responsible, under applicable regulations for any damages caused to property or items in the apartment, as well as damages caused by minorsor others guests visiting the premises.
3.Clients are obliged to behave in a manner that prevents damages to theirhealth, property, nature and the environment. As a precautionary measure during your stay have your main door locked. Before opening the door speak to strangers and if in doubt please contact our representative by phone. Before leaving the property close doors and windows and shut off the electrical appliances and water.
4. Linen and towels are changed at the end of your stay. Upon request, extra towels and linen can be provided for a fee.
III. General rules
1. Furniture or equipment in the apartment will not be moved without a consent from our representative.
2. Clients are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances within the apartment. This restriction does not apply to the use of shaving device, hairdryer orelectrical chargers formobiles, tablets etc..)
3. In case of fire, guests are obliged to follow instructions of the official representative until the arrival of fire workers.
4.For security reasons, minors under 12 years old are not allowed to be left unattended without adult supervision on the premises. In case of accident, the person responsible for the child or adult under whose name the child is registered, will be responsible before law.
5. Clients are not allowed to store objects in the apartment for which there is designated area (i.e. bicycles ...) Information will be given by our representative.
6. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. However, it is allowed in the outside designated area of the main entrance to the housing complex.
7. In case of illness or injury clients are responsible to provide for their own medical assistance or hospital care and in addition they must provide for any necessary transfer to a hospital or health facility.
8. Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the apartment.
9. Prior to leaving,clients are required to properly close the windows, the taps, turn off the lights, close and lock the main door properly.
10. In case of stolen or lost keys, the cost of replacement is 50EU.
11. In the event of any damages or malfunctioning of any apparatus in the apartment, please report such occurrence to our Representative.
12. Parking on the street or underground garage is free of charge. NFD HOLIDAY is not responsible for theft or damages to any vehicles. The client should properly close her/his vehicle, and not leave valuables inside.
13. Ideas, opinions, recommendations and complaints are welcome to improve our services.
14.The guests and property management are required to comply with these Operating Rules which are binding in full. In the event of violation of such, property management has the right to withdraw from the contract of accommodation and terminate it before the agreed time without refund.
