ofeach activity to ensure all participants are made aware of what to expect. There is also a guide of what should be worn for each activity. Please note that no refreshments will be provided, unless stated, therefore all participants should bring their own food and drink to each session. Barnstondale Centre / 5yrs+ / All / Fun and varied activities including:

- Limited places available / Lunch is included, however if your Child has specific dietary needs or allergies a home-made packed lunch is advised.
Professional instructors will be delivering the activities plus coaches and volunteers will be assisting to give children and young people support, however if your child is new to the session or requires more one to one assistance parents/ carers are required to stay for the session.
- Refreshments i.e. juice and
water will be available
throughout the day.
- Sports clothing / loose

required. Arts, crafts and

-The session will also include a range of fun games including tennis, multi-skills, and bouncy castle / -Tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt, and sweatshirt (or other loose comfortable clothing) are required, plus trainers

Monkey Bizness Soft Play / 6 months – 12yrs / All / - A range of soft play facilities and
activities are available catering for

Martial Arts / 5yrs + / All / -Beginners/ taster session teaching the basic techniques of self defence through the art of karate
-Children will gain the opportunity to learn the skills of karate in a fun and safe environment. / -Tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt/ long sleeved top are required (or other loose comfortable clothing) including non -slip socks and/ or training shoes

Hilbre walk and beach games / 6yrs+ / All / -Walk from the marine lake over to HilbreIsland (takes aprox 1.5 hrs each way)
-Activities at the island will include rock pooling
-Followed by a range of fun beach games
