COURSE OUTLINE
Delegate places on this course may be booked for either or both of the days. Accommodation is not included in the course fees. A wide range of accommodation is available in and around Edinburgh for delegates requiring an overnight stay.

COURSE ORGANISERS
This course has been organised on behalf of REHIS by Pat Hoey, Chairman of the REHIS Public Health & Housing Working Group.
COURSE FEES
The fee of £115 per day for REHIS members (£140 for non-members) covers coffee on arrival, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and documentation each day.
A 25% cancellation charge will be made up to 4 May 2012 and after that the full fee will be payable. Substitute delegates will be accepted up to the start of the course.
Bookings for the course should be made on the attached form which should be returned to REHIS, 19 Torphichen Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8HX by Friday 4 May 2012. Places are limited and early booking is advised to secure a place. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM MUST BE RETURNED TO THE REHIS OFFICE IN ORDER TO SECURE A PLACE ON THE COURSE.
