Digital Certification Application Form (For Supplier)

Agreement of applying ECES Digital Certification (DC):
  1. Supplier must take full responsibility for their application with real data. If there has any false datum that offered by supplier, the supplier has to take any possible responsibility and legal liability.
  2. Foxconn and supplier agree to sign electronic contract by FoxconnDC that adopted X.509 v.3 to be format and sha1RSA to be encrypt algorithm of electronic signature. Both legal entities agree to legalizeof electronic contract of ECES system.
  3. Supplier accepts any legal liability for using DC, and does not deny the legal potency of the electronic contract of ECES system.
  4. Supplier must strictly keep secret and take the suitable safekeeping ofsecurity measure to the DC. If your DC was lost or stolen, please apply to terminate the DC.
  5. Supplier agrees to hold information obtained from this agreement and not discloses it to any third party nor to use it for any purpose other than in the performance of the agreement.
  6. Supplier must apply to terminate using DC when DC owner quits/changes job duty or situation has been described in 4th and 5th items of the agreement. Supplier needs to take any responsibility for using DC as the DC is still being activated.
  7. The period of validity of DC is 1 year. User must then renew the DC before it expires. User must take full responsible for any possible result been occurred, if the requesting of DC is delay.
