To Add/Delete columns and rows

To add columns, highlight an entire column, right-click à Insert àInsert columns to the Right/Left

To add rows, highlight an entire row, right-click à Insert à Insert rows Above/Below

To delete columns or rows, highlight entire column/row, right-click à Delete cells àDelete entire column/row

To indent the contents of a cell

Go to View and make sure Ruler is checked. Slide the triangles in the ruler to indent the contents of a cell.

To turn “View Gridlines” On/Off

Go to the top, left corner of the table and click on the icon This will make the Layout menu available at the top of your window. Click on Layout. Click on View Gridlines button to turn Gridlines on and off.
