Thank you for your email dated 26th July 2012, sent to the Ministry of Justice, in which you asked the following information.
I would be very grateful if you could help me locate a copy of the summary of consultation responses on Draft Court Rules: Mental Capacity Act 2005 Court of Protection Rules [CP 10/06]. The archived DCA website hosts the consultation paper:
