Instructed Honors students through independent honors projects.
Developed and maintained the department website and I continue to work on the site as it is an ongoing process.
Served as a voluntary supervisor for four MSW level social workers who are completing their LISW supervision.
Provided two three hour and three 6 hour ethics work shops in the community. I provide an all day trining for the State of Ohio Head Start Association one time a year.
Provided ongoing training for department staff and faculty regarding the ever-increasing various computer related activities both the profession and the univeresity are implementing.
Trained faculty for utilizing the electronic course supports such as the library and web assist course programs.
Provided PowerPoint training for several collegues.
Provide training and consultation services to faculty from other departments and from other colleges for computer related functions.
Consultaion and training in the area of ethics in higher education.
Served as instructor/mentor for several students through independent study.
Served as faculty mentor for a group of service learning students at the Toledo Zoo.
Advisor for approximately 60 undergraduate students per year for the past five years.
Currently assigned as advisor for new graduate students entering the newly formed MSW program through the Social Work Department.
Developed several new graduate courses for the MSW program including: Practice I, HBSE I, Mental Health, and Journal Seminars.

Center for Urban Affairs “Effects of Predatory Lending in Metropolitan Toledo” jointly by Dr David Baker, Dr Sudershan Pasupuleti and Dr Morris Jenkins.Project is funded by Urban Affairs Center of UT in May, 2002 with a budget of $34,294.The data collection is on-going. A series of focus group meetings are being held in different parts of city in collaboration with Community Development Corporations.Ground work for survey is in progress, questionnaire is being developed.
Submitted a grant for funding related to a project focusing on the effectiveness of brief therapy with children. Prepared and Submitted a grant request to the Association for Play Therapy. The grant was not funded and I am currently editing it for submission to another funding source.
I am working collaboratively on three other grants one US Department of Education and two smaller foundations for studying and implementing programming related to minority student retention. This potentially will result in a large funded collaborative project.
I have consulted and aided in submitting several small grants to various foundations and trusts for local community agencies.

Departmental Collaborative Research Committee (Develop and maintain collaborative research efforts among department faculty as well as those inside and outside the college and utilze departmental website for these collaborative efforts).
MSW Committee: Develop a Masters of Social Work Program including self study materials, class startup construction, syllabi, and all assignment materials. The MSW program is due to start Fall 2005.

I have been involved in multiple research collaborative efforts with varied roles including chair, member, and organizer.
I joined a university wide Ethics in Higher Education discussion group.
I am currently organizing a research group including OhioStateUniversity, Bowling GreenStateUniversity, and OhioUniversity. This group will focus on collaborative funding for research related to Undergraduate Minority Student Retention.
