DR. CHUCK MISSLER DISCUSSES HIS CONTROVERSIAL NEW BOOK ON THE TEACHING OF “OVERCOMERS” WHO INHERIT THE KINGDOM, ON THE 13 - 17 SEPT 2010 “FUTURE QUAKE” RADIO PROGRAMS

Nashville, TN – Dr. Chuck Missler, founder of the Christian Bible teaching ministry “Koinonia House” (www.khouse.org), reveals the “old” Christian teachings on faithful Christian “overcomers” who inherit a position of reigning with Christ in Millennial Kingdom, with host “Doctor Future” and co-host Tom Bionic, airing daily during the week of 13 September on the “Future Quake” program, broadcast on the Christian talk radio station WENO, 760 AM in Nashville, TN (and archived at http://www.futurequake.com). Dr. Missler founded the “Koinonia House” ministry with his wife Nancy (also the co-author of his latest book) in 1973, and since have distributed many millions of tapes, CDs, DVDs and other media products, as one of the most prolific sources of Biblical teaching worldwide. Having been an author of scores of well-received if trail-blazing books, his latest offering, “The Kingdom, Power and Glory: The Overcomer’s Handbook” in effect “crosses the Rubicon” by daringly resurrecting a forgotten Christian teaching regarding the substantial rewards available to faithful “overcoming” Christians in “inheriting” the Millennial Kingdom of Christ, as opposed to merely “entering” it. Of course, Missler has a myriad of his own unique insights emanating from his vital and enlightened mind that he gleans from the pages of Scripture in this work pertaining to this doctrine of which he has recently embraced, which he discusses in depth in this interview. This includes a clarification of the differing rewards and functions of those who “inherit” a position of “reigning” and close relationship with Christ during the Millennium, versus those who trust Christ’s atoning sacrifice and thus are assured of inheriting eternal life and “entrance” into the Millennial Kingdom, but exhibit insufficient fellowship with Christ, “abiding” in Him and bearing spiritual fruit through the Holy Spirit to receive further rewards or position. He further discusses his fascinating explanation of the true meaning of “outer darkness” of Christ’s parables as he understands it in a fashion consistent with this doctrine, in not being an eternal, infernal region, but rather a place for Christ’s subjects who cannot experience the full light and presence of Christ at His table, due to their lack of prior spiritual preparation for such future fellowship with Him during His Reign. He further expands this concept by speculating on the function of the mysterious structure known as the “Gizrah” within the future Millennial Temple, as described by Ezekiel. He also discusses the related doctrinal concepts such as the “Bride of Christ” and the “Marriage Supper of The Lamb”, and his understandings from scripture that both the status and the event will only be for those within the Church who “overcome” via being conformed to Christ’s image while serving in this life. These provocative teachings are reviewed with ample Biblical references, and tested as to their robustness over a range of implications, in a challenging call to productive faith.
