APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

and send

1)  The completed application form

2)  One writing sample

The writing sample may be on any topic, but it should not be a technical report. Word length – approximately 500 to 1,000 words. (Applicants are strongly advised to look at previous WRRC Arroyos at http://wrrc.arizona.edu/publications/arroyo for style examples.)

3)  One letter of recommendation

The letter of recommendation should come from a faculty member familiar with your writing.

The application asks for a list of classes and other experience you may have had with water issues. Familiarity with water science and policy is desirable but not required.

You may attach a CV or resume, but lack of a resume will not affect consideration of your application.

Include “M&A Internship Application” in the subject line. Letters of recommendation may be sent or emailed separately. Letters emailed separately from the application should include the applicant’s name in the subject line.

Applications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2015.

We expect to have a decision and award the internship by May 5.

If you are selected for the internship, you will be required to provide proof of enrollment for the Fall semester 2015.
