Reception, Admin Offices, Corridors & Patient waiting areas:
Empty bins and clean inside lids
Spot clean doors
Wipe door handles with GPD
Clean internal glass
Vacuum carpet in patient area (if applicable)
Clean entrance doors with GPD
Check, empty, clean drip tray and wipe over water dispensing machines
Spot clean chairs in patient waiting area
Toilets – patient and staff:
Clean toilets once daily. Keep toilet brush in a suspended holder to allow to dry between use and renew as required
Clean seats (including underside) using GPD – single use disposable cloth
Damp wipe over flush handle and other sanitary areas
Check supplies of hand wash soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Do not overfill paper towel dispensers. Leave access in a clean area.
Damp wipe over the soap and paper towel dispensers, including the soap nozzles.
Raised toilet seats in disabled toilet must be kept clean and underside.

Damp wipe over fixtures and fittings, e.g. lamps and curtain rails

Damp wipe desk/work surfaces where left clear
Clean sinks and taps
Check and refill soap and paper towel dispensers (do not overfill or leave excess stock)
Vacuum carpet in consultation rooms, if applicable
Mop all vinyl floors
Kitchen/ Staff Room:
Mop vinyl floor
Clean sink and taps
Spot clean unit doors and clean work surfaces
Check detergent and paper supplies
Launder the mop heads from different areas, or dispose them.
Store the mop head in upright position
Store the mop bucket face down
