ONLINE COURSES
These courses are taught online and require the use of a computer which is available at the school site. Once a course is completed, students are allowed to move to the next course. These courses meet the Moreno Valley United School District’s High School Graduation Requirements only. They do NOT meet California’s A-G 4-year college entrance requirements. Students must adhere to all district policies and procedures, failure to do so will result in disciplinary action which may result in being removed from the Online Credit Recovery Program.
Students coming from any other school must have a copy of their transcript attached to this application.
I agree to attend a minimum of 18 days per summer school class. I agree to follow all school rules. I realize that if I miss more than 2days that I will be DROPPED from that summer school class WITH A FAILING GRADE AND NO CREDIT for not complying with this contract. Two tardies are equivalent to one hour absence. If a student is more than 30 minutes late, this also counts as a one-day absence. ALL MORENO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT RULES WILL APPLY TO STUDENTS ATTENDING SUMMER SCHOOL. STUDENTS MUST ADHERE TO THE ESTABLISHED RULES OF CONDUCT. THERE ARE NO EXCUSED ABSENCES OR TARDIES, INCLUDING CHECKING STUDENTS OUT, DURING SUMMER SCHOOL.
