Ø Engineering release manager for PES (Personal Earth Station, now DIRECWAY) VSAT product for 3 years. This involved managing many projects, schedule, design, test and release teams, problem report tracking, monthly program reviews and customer management. During one of the last months as release manager, did 13 software releases. These 13 releases included over 350 different software packages. I directed development in San Diego, Maryland and India.
Ø Project manager and system engineer which included project management as well as system design, code, test and documentation of development for the PES TDMA VSAT product line. Multiple projects included inclined satellite orbit operation, fixed field reported bugs, coded network management modifications and customer site software installation, diagnosis and repairs of networks.

Ø Developed software/firmware for VSAT product including adding data encryption, implemented SLIP protocol and other features..
Ø Volunteered for 10-month assignment as a field engineer in the international marketing group. Extensive international travel alone.
