This report summarises the trainee’s learning and experience for their current training year, e.g. CT1, 2 or 3 NOT the calendar year or time since last ARCP in the case of LTFT’s. It must be submitted via the e-Portfolio to the Annual Review of Competence Progression panel. It must be validated by the local tutor (CT/ST1-3).
