Responsibilities
The Human Resources APAC team supports staff and managers across the region, providing a full range of advisory and transactional services in areas such as recruitment, career management, learning and development, reward and payroll. This role is specific to compensation and benefits/mobility.
It is expected that the graduate will acquire knowledge/understanding of BNPP Processes and procedures on compensation and benefits/mobility. He/She would need to develop the overall skills set required to successfully contribute to the business. Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
-Support Regional Compensation and benefits/Mobility in the delivery of HR services to internal clients
-Provide and coordinate Mobility related services with APAC HR counterparts
-Preparation of regular reports to assure quality of information and control
-Provide internal client support services on expatriation and international motilities
-Support ad-hoc projects on reward and mobility matters
-Support in the administration and monitoring of records
-Other duties assigned by management as requested
Technical and Behavioural Competencies / Specific Qualifications (if required)
