11:00 AM Resume rehearsal
12:15 PM Chaperones arrive; meeting in #93 office
12:15 PM Rehearsal ends – Immediately pack music and equipment
12:30 PM Load bus
12:50 PM ***Report to chaperone at bus, then board bus
1:00 PM Depart Northgate – Eat bag lunch on bus
4:00 PM Arrive Portola Hotel in Monterey
Settle in to hotel and have dinner
7:25 PM ***Report to chaperone in Monterey Conf. Center (MCC) lobby
8:00 PM Kick-Off Concert – Judges Jam (Monterey Convention Center Pavilion-MCCP)
9:45 PM End Concert
10:00 PM Student Jam Session (optional)- advise chaperone if attending
10:00 PM ***Report to chaperone in your room
10:30 PM Lights Out
11:40PM ***Alternate check-in if attending Student Jam
