Responsible for all the production and technical activities for two production lines ( PET Washing and Upgrading Line - SSP )
Experience with most of the recycling technologies for PET either chemical, mechanical, or decontamination techniques, including but not limited to: Washing, Sorting, Grinding, Drying, Extrusion, Pelletizing, and Storing. Those are applied for non food or food applications.
Practical experience with Sheet Extrusion lines and Thermoforming line for PET plastic material to produce mono/multi layer products. Familiar with all technologies and line machinery suppliers, like SML, EREMA, Viscotec, Bandera, AMUT, Kiefiel, Gabler, Illig ...etc. with In-house PET flakes/Skelton purification and recovery.
Familiar with most of PET Resin manufacturing processes and technologies For Food Grade Chips/Pellets and Fiber; Monomers feeding, esterification, polymerization, pelletizing, Solid state polymerization(SSP).
Responsible for:
  • Selection of the main suppliers of the factory.
  • Preparation of the technical feasibility study for the factory.
  • Identifying plant major KPI’s and objectives.
  • The Start up and Commissioning of the whole factory with it’s utility stations and equipment.
