First UU Church of Austin encourages the formation of new groups to enhance our ability to gather in community to nourish souls, transform lives, and do justice. In order to ensure that all groups contribute meaningfully to the church’s mission and ends, to provide transparency, and to ensure accountability we require all new groups to engage in an application process. This application serves for those groups and activities that do not already have a clear process (such as chalice circles, adult education classes, etc.). Please send your completed form to and it will get forwarded to the appropriate person.
