Jeff, as you indicated, please notify the family at your convenience and let the Board know the time, place, etc. Also, maybe (Jeff) it would be a good idea to give the $200 gift certificate when we gather the MBA work party and perform the work.

Thank you, everybody.

Subject: RE: cow payment status

Jim,

Thanks for the response. If you will make the check out to FWP and send it to me at the address below, I will deposit it in a special account we have established for "donated money," and then will charge that amount of the total payment to that account. I will furnish you a copy of the cover letter I send with the payment so that you can share that with members. As I think I mentioned before, because this is an ongoing active investigation, I am not at liberty to release the name of the landowner involved at this time. I very much appreciate your efforts and the efforts and responsiveness of your members to send what I think is a very important message, not only to this landowner, but to the public at large that we, as responsible, law-abiding sportsmen and women, are outraged at this type of criminal behavior and that we stand together in opposition to such stupid, senseless acts of vandalism

Please check to: FWP - Field Services

ATTN: Alan Charles

PO Box 200701

Helena, MT 59620

As soon as I receive the check, I'll let you know, and I'll try to send the letter and payment to the landowner today, and copy you with the lette.r Thanks again, Jim. alan

Hello, Jim,

Can you give me a yeah or nay on MBA participation in the cow incident? I'd sure like to send a letter today or tomorrow - the longer this goes unanswered, the less chance there is to capitalize on a positive effort. thanks. alan
