Prerequisite for SCCM agent installation on client machine.
1. Client machine should be member of HCLTech and HCLISD domains.
2. Admin$ should be accessible by the members of domain admin group.
3. Remote Registry, BITS Services should be started with automatic startup mode.
4. Automatic Update Service should be manual startup mode.
5. The client computer must be able to contact SCCM Server (Primary Server for respective location) in order to download supporting files.
6. For respective location Port should be open as per attach sheet.
For manual SCCM Client installation.
1. Refer above Point no 1 - 6
2. Download the SCCM client folder from HCL download URL https://downloads.hcl.com/ .
3. If the SCCM client is already installed and is unhealthy or the SCCM client version is lower than 5.00.7958.1000 then uninstall the client.
4. After uninstallation of the client, run the “HCL-PAN-SCCMAgent2012_IBC_R2_CU2-R1.0.EXE” package as administrator.
