Dear Program Director,

We are pleased to announce a Scholarship Program for our upcoming 2015 Gastroenterology and Hepatology Board Review course to be held September 17-20, 2015 at the Swissotel in Chicago, IL.In an effort to enhance the preparation of your trainees for the Gastroenterology Board Examination, we are offering a Scholarship Program to fellows who will be in their third year of training during the 2015-2016academic year.

We would like to invite you to recommend a deserving fellow to attend this educational opportunity. We believe the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Board Review course will be an outstanding event providing substantial value to trainees. This 4-day program covers a broad range of topics covering all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology, with additional highlights on pathology, endoscopy, radiology and nutrition. For your review, you will find the link to the full program below, including agenda, presentation topics and faculty.

Recipients will receive free tuition to the course (a $725.00 value). We hope that participants will return to their institutions and share the benefits of this educational program to other fellows in your program. Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses as well as room and board.

The deadline for receipt of the nomination form is April 15, 2015. Upon receipt of your recommendation, the Course Planning Committee will review the information and a response will be sent to you and the nominee via e-mail by May 1, 2015.
