WHEELS PROJECT MOBILE SKATE PARK USER DISCLAIMER

The following disclaimer must be read, signed and returned to a member of Enderby Leisure Centre / Wheels Project Crew before you can ride on the park. If the rider is under the age of 16, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian (over the age of 18).

I agree to the following when using the Wheels Project Mobile Skate Park:

  • BMX riding, Skateboarding, In-line Skating and Scootering are potentially dangerous and may cause serious injury. I engage in these activities at my own risk.
  • By signing and submitting this form, I will follow all the rules at Wheels Project Mobile Skatepark sessions.
  • All U16’s must have parental consent from a parent or guardian and it must be filled in on the form before taking part.
  • Helmets are compulsory by ALL Users of the Skatepark, and can be provided by Wheels Project Crew. All users are advised to wear appropriate protective equipment, such as knee and elbow pads (not provided).
  • Users are advised to report damage and spillage to a member of staff immediately.
  • This is a no smoking area.
  • Please respect the Crew who are supervising the session. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated and will result in prosecution.
  • Please respect these rules. They are in place for your safety and other users of the park.
  • Photo and video footage will be recorded at Wheels Project sessions for Promotional purposes by Blaby District Council, you hereby agree to give consent for images or footage of yourself or your child.
  • Photo and video may also be recorded and shared by young people on social media. Please let Wheels Project Staff know if you have any issues with this.

Blaby District Council and its’ employees cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss of, or damage to, personal equipment or belongings.
