Adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment and responsibility. NOAH’s goal is to match pets with a loving person and/or family that shall provide a quality, permanent home compatible with their individual needs. We are happy that you are interested in giving a home to one of our animals. To assure that the cat being adopted is well suited to you, your home and lifestyle, please read and answer each question carefully. The information you provide will assist NOAH, Inc. to match you with an available cat for adoption.

All photos taken by NOAH will become their property and may be used in newsletters, bulletin boards, etc. without prior notice.
The cat you adopt may be a NOAH, Inc. foster care animal (either abandoned, surrendered, born outsideor taken from a shelter because they have no room) and we may not know their history.
To complete the adoption process, you will be required to provide positive identification, to sign this application in front one of our Adoption Counselors and to pay the adoption fee of $125 per cat, $150 per kitten, or a special purebred adoption fee that ranges between $200 300 for adults and $250-350 for kittens. The adoption fee covers a vet check, testing for FELV/FIV, age appropriate vaccines, worming and spay/neuter of the animal. We also ask that you:
Be 18 years of age with verifiable identification (preferably a driver’s license).
Have your landlord's consent, if you rent.
Understand that we have the right to deny your application.
