electric bill- $849 everything is electric, still on was told by P-CAP she must pay the full $849 before they will let her back heat has not been working since November caller is hooked up to a machine that is to help her walk machine must be charged her brother is living in the home is a 51 yr. old and 23 has a yr. old son with autism. Caller has asthma and emphysema using a breathing machine. Brother has an electric bed. Caller has had two back surgeries December 16th and December 30 said twice she wants to leave the state. Reason got behind because the LL from old house (which is condemned) was using her electric on the other side. She was told this by the code inspector. Over income for LIHEAP/crisis tried UL and legal aid. Expenses rent-565, car payment 320 car insurance $60 rent insurance- 18 medical supplies- 300 prescriptions- $53 medical copays 160 brother and son. Keeping warm using space heaters in son's room he almost caught pneumonia. caller' legs and back are cramping from cold also asked for food and housing referrals
