The festival committee reserves the right to accept, reject or eject any inappropriate work, display or vendor.

A detailed description or representative photo and/or website address is requested to be submitted with the application, to assist with the approval process, unless you were a previous vendor.

The board/vendor committee will review and approve applications.

Final confirmation letters with festival details will be emailed on or about September 4th.

Duplicate vendor types and items will be avoided but are not guaranteed.

Noyard sale or projectile type items, knives or guns are permitted.

Apple themed items are welcomed and encouraged.

Friday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. (Street is not available until 6 pm)

Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 am

ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY CHECK-IN INCLUDING FOOD VENDORS.

NO REFUNDS for NO SHOWS.

Booths MUST remain open during entire festival hours on both days unless a special exception is granted. If you leave early, you may not be considered for next year’s festival.

Please bring your own Tables, Canopies, & Chairs.

Electricity and water are available free of charge, if requested.

o Please provide your own hoses, extension cords, breakers and adaptors.

Food vendors are located based on electrical and water supply capacity.

Each vendor is responsible for KY Sales Tax.

No Pets allowed except certified service animals.

Previous year’s booth location is not guaranteed.

Booth size is approximately 12’ X 12’ and 15' X 20' for food vendors.

"Handcrafted" means items personally made by the vendor.

“Handcrafted Demonstration” – means vendor shows and instructs attendees on making of craft.

Sale of food items, including those prepared/consumed on grounds, whether profit or non-profit, are classified as a food vendor.

Produce and food/beverage items that are not prepared, or intended to be consumed on grounds, are charged a business rate. Appropriate licensing required.

Raffles and drawings may be permitted for individual vendors, with prior request/approval.
