RA- 2 MANAGEMENT HOUSE RULES FOR RESIDENTS

The Management House Rules for Residents Amendment must be given to ALL Resident(s). It will be part of the Rental Agreement between the Resident(s) and Management.

The “House Rules” are legally part of the Rental Agreement and therefore any violation may be considered a violation of the Rental Agreement.

Please do the following: NOTE: Be sure to fill in dates, telephone numbers and names in the relevant sections for the RA-2 on the “master” copy before photocopying for distribution.

1. Ask the Resident(s) to read the form sections. It is recommended that Property Managers actually review this form with the Resident(s) at lease signing.

2. The Head, Co-Head(s), Spouse, etc. must initial and date the first page of the form as acknowledgment of receipt of these rules. The Owner/Owner’s Agent will also initial and date form.

3. Copies of the RA-2 “Amendment” or “Attachment” will be distributed as follows:

a. Original – must be filed with the Rental Agreement (lease)

b. One copy – must be given to all Resident(s) who have signed the Rental Agreement and initialed this form. Live-in Aides need to receive a copy of the Rental Agreement and all related addenda, attachments, forms, etc.

NOTE: It is recommended that the “House Rules” sections be photocopied back-

to-back to save space in the Resident(s) permanent file.
