GetBucks Invest GmbH a wholly owned subsidiary of GetBucks Limited, which in turn is now wholly owned by leading African Fintech MyBucks S.A, publically announced the launch of a 30 Million Euro Bond Programme on the 3rd of February 2014. The bond was listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange secondary market, with ISIN Number AT0000A13ED4. The bond carries a three year tenor, with semi-annual coupon payments of 11% per annum.

Bonds were issued to an amount of 30,000,00.00 Euro, and the total value of the subscription came in at 5,191,000.00 Euro.
