Director / Line Manager's Comments:

I support Borah’s request. The past 22 months have been a period of downsizing and constant change in personnel and roles at Bull House. Borah has brought a very professional and systematic approach to her role in central accounts as well as coping with a large and varied work load. Additionally, she has relieved me of a number of the more routine accounting functions which has freed me to take on additional duties elsewhere.

Borah has a very good level of spreadsheet ability which has been put to good use and she has been generous with her time in supporting and training her work colleagues in this area.

Borah has taken forward the important changeover from cheque to Bacs payment for suppliers and this will bring cost savings and efficiencies in time when complete.

Borah has an excellent manner and approach when dealing with both her work colleagues as well as outsiders such as suppliers. She is by nature a consistently good team player.

Additionally, with the reduction in Bull House administration staff plus the on-going re-organisations, Borah by default has had to deal with a number of relatively low level administration tasks in addition to her book-keeping duties. It is to her credit that she has generally done this with good humour.
