#3 Team at Keller Williams Realty worldwide in 2011 is now looking for a lead buyer agent and VP of Sales for our Team. You will be in charge of every single buyer call and buyer lead that comes into our office and you can build your own business within our team. It is a commission only position. We provide the following for you:
1) Full Time salaried Client Care Manager who:
- Takes the initial call and screens the buyers
- Enters the leads into your contact management system and assigns to you.
- Makes appointments for you to show property.
- Helps coordinate open houses and follow up.
2) A sophisticated database and lead generation system:
- Targets the more expensive areas for higher $$$ buyers
- Launches drip campaigns based on buyer activity..
- You can see who is searching online and what they searching for
3) Full Time Follow up Coordinator:
- They call every B,C, lead every 30 days to see where they are.
- Notify you when a B or a C lead becomes an A lead and make you an appointment.
4) Full Time Director of Operations:
- Back you up if you away.
- Search for new systems and create streams of business.
5) Full time Closing Coordinator:
- Once you sign the contract on the property, you no longer have to handle it.
- She will notify you if any problems.
- Online real time access so that you can see how your transaction is progressing.
You can pick and choose which buyers you want to work with as follows:
1) Show the properties and keep the whole commission.
2) just handle the important parts of the relationship, and have a showing agent just show the properties for you and you pay them at closing just for the showings part.
3) handle the cultivation and turn over the buyer to a junior buyer agent if you dont want to work the buyer.
We currently have many celebrity endorsements that generate high end referrals that you will work with. In last 90 days, we have listed 11 properties over $500,000, including 5 over $1m.
We currently have about 120+ properties listed for sale, and we are REO agents for Fannie Mae, Bank of America, as well as 20 other banks.
Requirements
We are seeking someone who is strong with follow up. If you cannot adhere to the following schedule, then do not apply for this position:
From 830am to 10am mon - fri you will be on the phones following up with new buyers, and updating the system for each lead and assigning other team members to assist you. Your manager will log in at 1030am each day to verify and run reports.
You will complete a daily activity record that is due by 830am the following day.
Our market is east dade, all of broward county, and occasional luxury home in south Palm Beach.
If you are committed and don't make excuses, then this is a golden opportunity to have an endless stream of highly qualified buyers that you can make $100,000 to $200,000 in commissions without having to spend a dollar on advertising. We pay the bills and you just have to execute the process.
You must have at least 20-30 transactions personally sold and at least 2-3 years experience and you must love to work with buyers and be able to delegate parts of the process to our trusted team members. If you have control issues, then this is not for you.
