Compensation for services performed shall be a not-to-exceed fee of $40,000.00.
4. / Approval of Professional Services Agreement between the City of Fort Wayne and CTL Engineering for Work Order #66642, Hurshtown Embankment Improvements. Compensation for services performed shall be $76,884.00.
5. / Approval of Amendment #1 to Service Agreement between the City of Fort Wayne and Triscape Landscaping Corporation for maintenance along Ardmore Avenue. This amendment is for a one year time extension.
6. / Recommendation from City Utilities Engineering to award Resolution #66484, California Road Water Main Extension to Lawnscape Site Development in the amount of $285,170.00.
7. / Approval of Owner-Contractor Agreement #76298, 3RPORT Working Shaft Area Improvements between the City of Fort Wayne and Bunn Excavating in the amount of $643,920.00.
8. / Approval of Owner-Contractor Agreement #76003, 3RPORT Tunnel and Shafts between the City of Fort Wayne and Salini Impregilo/S.A. Healy in the amount of $187,663,000.00.
9. / Approval of Construction Contract for Resolution #0158C, Memorial Way Concrete Street Reconstructionbetween the City of Fort Wayne and Key Concrete in the amount of $174,575.00.
10. / Approval of recommendation from City Utilities Engineering to accept the work performed by Fox Contractors for Contract #2016-W-0127, Greyhawk Section I as an integral part of the City’s water distribution system.
11. / Approval of Water Contract #2016-W-0193, Fox Hollow Section I & Fox Hollow Villas between the City of Fort Wayne and NWM Development to construct a local water main system. This project is privately funded and outside the City.
12. / Approval of recommendation from City Utilities Engineering to accept the work performed by Henry Electric for Contract #76182, Wet Weather Pump Station Output Contactors as an integral part of the City's Sanitary Sewer system.
13. / Approval of title sheet for Work Order #12030, State Boulevard Realignment from Spy Run to Cass Street.
14. / Approval of Civil City Accounting Claims in the amount of $1,976,701.34 for the week of April 18, 2017.

5.Approval of recommendation from City Utilities Engineering to accept the work performed by Fox Contractors for Contract #2016-ST-0252, Shigs in Pit located at 6250 Maplecrest Road as an integral part of the City’s stormwater system.
