Please note:

  • All supervisions will be 2 hours in length unless otherwise specified on the schedule(s).
  • Expeditor in the Control Room must be advised of any changes in duty that may occur on the day of supervision.
  • There are students writing exams all day in the extended time rooms. Remind students to leave any exam room quietly and quickly exit the building or go to a study area.
  • See the separate schedule for Extra time rooms, Conflict room and the Control Room- times may vary from those listed above

Description of roles:

Control Centre Floater: Report to the Control Room (Career Centre) Accompany students to washroom, deliver materials, assist in halls during busy times,collect attendance, transfer students from exam room to conflict room or vice-versa, etc. Assistance as directed by the Expeditor

Hall Duty: Please pick up a walkie-talkie in the office prior to your duty. The Expeditor may contact you via Walkie-talkie if required. Ensure no students are in the halls during exam time, and that they leave quickly and quietly after the end of a scheduled exam period. 3rd Floor hall monitors pay particular attention to the hallways outside room 304, 310 and 312 where students are writing exams throughout the day. (room 206 on Wednesday June 18 only)

Expeditor: Responsible for overseeing exam distribution and return of exams, sign out of exams to teachers for marking. Assign floaters to duties as needed. Contact teachers in case of question regarding exams, etc.
