June 17, 2017Stevensville, Montana will be bustling with Western Heritage Days. There will be the Western Heritage Parade at 11am, , Wagon Rides and Historic Home Tours, St Mary’s Mission Tours, Chuck Wagon Cook-Off, Games , Sidewalk Sales, Arts and Crafts, Music, Street Dance, Food, Fun, and more!

You are cordially invited to apply for a booth space in the Stevensville Western Heritage Days Arts and Crafts Fair. Upon receipt of space request and payment you will be notified of your space location or ID.

Booth Information

Booth sizes are 10X10 spaces and are $40.00 (plus an application fee of $10). Applications are due (Not Postmarked) by Friday, June 9th, 2017. You must provide your own cover (tent shade, etc). Booth space is available to Quality merchandise, arts, crafts, instruments, photography, and other value enhanced and handmade items. Vendor selection is based upon the information provided in your application, so please be thorough in your description. Your application and deposit must be received by the deadline, or you will not be considered for the fair.

Setup will begin at 7:30am and will run until 9am. You must be checked in by 9am. The event will run from 10am to 6pm. Area clean up is the responsibility of the vendor. If you leave early or leave a messy area, you will not be allowed to return for next year’s fair.

Parking

A parking area will be provided at no charge. Parking availability is not

guaranteed. If you do not park in the designated area, your vehicle may be

ticketed and/or towed at your expense. We cannot help you if you park

illegally or in an unauthorized location.

Products and Sales Restrictions/Rules

  • Arts and craft items are encouraged to be personally designed and crafted by the artist(s).
  • Home based businesses will be allowed.
  • Imports, mass-produced trinket items and rummage are not allowed.
  • Booth structure must fit into assigned space. Booths are prohibited from extending into aisles or neighboring booth spaces.
  • The fair hours are 10am-6pm Saturday. NO EARLY BREAKDOWN.
  • Vendors must attend to their booths the entire day.
  • Vendors must check in between 7:30am and 9am – no early check in – and must be set up by 10am.
  • If a vendor leaves the fair before 6pm, he/she will not be allowed to participate in Western Heritage Days again.

Information Shortlist Rundown

  • Event date is Saturday, June 17th, from 10am – 6pm. Setup and check in begin at 7:30.
  • Booth size is 10X10, and is $40. A non-refundable $10 application fee is required with your application in our office by 5pmFriday, June 10th.
  • Vendors must provide own sunshade/rain protection.
  • Selection of vendors is based on quality items,encouraged to be of hand-made merchandise, value enhanced, home based businesses. No mass produced import trinket items or rummage.
  • Home based businesses are allowed.
  • Parking will be provided at no cost, but illegal or unauthorized parking may be ticketed/towed at owner’s expense.
  • Stevensville Main Street Association will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, or injury to merchandise or vendors.

SMSA reserves the right to refuse any application/applicant deemed inappropriate for this event.
