Almost Heaven GSP’s CERTIFICATE of GUARANTEE

1)  We guarantee every pup/dog to be free of genetic diseases of the heart, hips, eyes, elbows and knees. It is the buyers responsibility to have a competent Veterinarian perform the necessary examination for each by the age of 36 months and if at that time any defect is noted making the dog unable to perform in the field or as intended, to notify us immediately and provide the proper diagnostics and Veterinary Reports. We reserve the right to ask for a second opinion and to have all diagnostics reviewed by our Veterinarian before making any judgments as to replacements/refunds. The Buyer agrees if the puppy is thought to have a health problem, both Veterinarians must concur in diagnosis prior to consideration of replacement/refunds.

2)  SPAY/NEUTER PRIOR TO 2 YEARS OF AGE VOIDS GUARANTEE ON ANY BONE, JOINT, CARTLIEGE OR RELATED STRUCTURE. PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER BEING PERFORMED AFTER 2 YEARS OF AGE REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND IF APPLICABLE.

3)  We guarantee every pup/dog to be up to date on all necessary vaccinations, worming, etc., all of which are performed by our Licensed Veterinarian including Rabies Vaccinations when applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the dog inspected by his/her own Veterinarian within 10 calendar days of pickup/shipping of the pup/dog. Current Immunization Record is provided with all pups/dogs.

4)  We further guarantee that upon notification of any health/genetic defects, along with receipt of proper diagnostics and/or lab reports we will either:

A)  replace the pup from the next most similar breeding or breeding that suits you best. or

B)  provide a Full Refund of the original purchase price as recorded on the Bill of Sale provided at the time of purchase upon return of the pup/dog. or

C)  provide a Full Refund of the original purchase price as recorded on the Bill of Sale provided at the time of purchase upon receipt of a DVM Certified Spay/Neuter Procedure upon the pup/dog if you wish to keep the pup/dog and our representative having spoken with the DVM providing the procedure.

5)  We further guarantee our dogs to have the temperament, disposition, personality and natural abilities inherent in a well bred German Shorthair Pointer.

6)  We complete our guarantee, that unless otherwise specified in the Bill of Sale, all pups/dogs are fully eligible for AKC registration and have been bred from AKC DNA registered Sires and Dams.

RIGHT of RECOVERY

In the event that the purchaser is unable to keep the dog or to provide an appropriate home in accordance with this agreement, the purchaser agrees to notify Almost Heaven GSP’s. Should such circumstance arise, the purchaser agrees then, rather than to abandon or place into a shelter or rescue program, if at all possible, they are to make arrangements with us for the return of the pup/dog at no cost to us other than shipping or recovery expenses provided by us for the safe return of the pup/dog. Clearly, we reserve the right to refuse return of any dog whose health may pose health risk to our other dogs.

We the undersigned understand the terms of this guarantee and agreement, and agree to adhere to its terms and conditions.
