  1. By the decision of the Management Board of the Croatian Chamber of Mechanical Engineers of 23 January 2014, the fees were determined for administrative costs of the procedure for entry, keeping and maintaining of the Chamber directories, registries and records, for administrative costs and costs of preparation and issuing of proposals, opinions, recommendations and assessments of quality of work performed in accordance with the Professional Code, for professional opinions and assessments at request of third parties in the matter of public interest concert, for court proceedings or arbitral proceedings, and for technical assistance in implementation of the schedule of services.

The fees are paid by the Chamber member, persons entered into the Chamber directories, registries and records which submit written applications for the issuance of decisions, transcripts, copies and excerpts regarding the facts maintained in the public books of the Chamber, for technical expertise and opinions on individual technical issues and other issues regarding the public interestconcern.
  1. The fees are also paid by a third party (physical or legal) not referred to in Item 2, in an amount increased by 50%.

The fees are increased by the VAT and paid by a payment order when the application is submitted.

If the fees are paid by a legal person from the EU with a valid VAT number, the delivery of the services is exempt from payment of VAT. If the costs are paid by a physical person, VAT is paid on the services related to the procedure. A valid VAT number has to be submitted by the legal person for that purpose.

The requested public documents are issued after it has been determined that the fees have been paid within 15 days from submittal of the application and payment receipt.

The fees for technical documentation prepared in accordance with Schedule Nos 19, 20 and 21 are paid on the basis of individual proforma invoicesprepared in accordance with the Rules on Service Price Schedules with prior payment of administrative costs.
