- $450 was the cost for a Commercial membership, the Board decided that $350 would go towards conference and $100 would go towards membership dues because if a commercial entity just signed up to be an IRPA member, it would cost them $100. With the $450, they receive membership & exhibit space.
- 23 vendors were in attendance at conference; therefore, $10,350 will need to be pulled out. $8050 is for conference and $2300 for membership dues.
- Each state will receive a percentage of the conference revenue, based on the # of attendees for from each state respectively.
- All of the proceeds from the auction items went back into the Idaho student scholarship fund= $1100 dollars.
- Eric is going to pull out all of the membership dues for each entity: Idaho, Montana & ASLA; issue checks. Then proceed to percentages of revenues. ASLA is just based on vendors—Josh is going to let Eric know how many vendors were recruited by ASLA.
- There will be a call between Dave and Kory in regards to $2000 money exchange last year in Montana and this year in Idaho.
- Budget for the coming year will be sent to the Board in the next few weeks.
- Membership
- Approximately 185 members (15 retired, 15 non-active). Around 140 active members currently in IRPA.
- Website
- Josh and Lynn were switched on the website for Leadership Members. Sarah will work over the next few weeks to make changes to the website, for example the by-laws and membership dues pages.
- 2014 Conference
- Gary Warr has stepped up and stated he will be conference chair for the IRPA annual conference in 2014.
