GENERAL CONDITIONS
RULES. The event will be run under Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules 2016 (2015 if not issued). Competitors are deemed to know the rules and any infringement will incur elimination. By entering this event, competitors have agreed to be photographed by any professional photographer whilst competing.
DRESS AND EQUIPMENT. Competitors are expected to conform to Pony Club requirements for dress and equipment. Team Managers must ensure that competitors are fully briefed as to what is required.
PRESENTATION. There will be one presentation after all classes have finished, and it is Pony Club tradition (and considered good manners) for all competitors to stay throughout. Please not that competitors should be smartly dressed in team tops, long trousers and shoes.
Outside assistance in any phase will result in elimination.
Entry fees will not be refunded after closing date for entries. Entries on a strictly first come basis will be limited. No change of class will be allowed after the closing date.
Objections in writing or challenges to scores with £10 deposit will be accepted by designated team managers only.
No dogs allowed.
Please do not leave litter.
LEGAL LIABILITY
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to competitors, spectators, land, cars, their contents or accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards, who cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to any person or animal, loss of, or damage to any property, competitor, on-looker or other persons, or vehicles. All persons attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions, and for the behaviour of children within their care, while on the premises.
