We invite you to partner with the food pantry for a fabulous evening of girlfriend fun.

We have attached 4 ways for you to participate. We hope you find one that is pleasing to you.

We are planning for 180 women to attend. Last year was a sell-out!

The money raised will be used for food and personal care items at the pantry in our new location at 1111 Pyott Rd., LITH, opening in March.Our building campaign was successful! You’ll find it heartwarming to note that it was constructed by diligent, dedicated volunteer workers and the majority of the building supplies were very generously donated. Incredibly, the entireproject was completed in less than a year.

As we were building, the need in our community continued to grow. Last April, as we conducted our first Bloomin’ Bunco, the pantry served 269 families. This past November 347 families came to our door. Every month the numbers increase. We need your support to continue feeding our neighbors.

Four Ways to Help!

  1. Become a Sponsor – Sponsorship is a great way to support the Food Pantry, helping to underwrite the cost of the event while promoting your business or organization.

Title Neighbor Sponsor (Mr. Rogers Level)

  • $1,500 donation
  • Acknowledged as “Brought to you by” in all promotional and marketing outlets. Confirmation needs to be received by Friday, February 17 for printing purposes.
  • Your business or organization will be a featured philanthropist on the food pantry web site.
  • Advertising on all event tables.
  • Tickets for a “pod” of 12 players to the event.

Gold Neighbor Sponsor (Gladys Kravitz Level)

  • $750 donation
  • Your business or organization will be a featured philanthropist on the food pantry web site.
  • Advertising on all event tables.
  • Tickets for 8 players to the event.

Silver Neighbor Sponsor (Fred and Ethel Level)

  • $500 donation

All benefits are delivered on an “as available” basis at the time the sponsorship agreement begins.

The Bloomin’ Bunco Benefit will feature a basket raffle. Merchandise, gift cards, as well as services are essential to the success of this event. No item is too big or too small. Your business name will be prominently displayed at the event.

Time: 6:00 pm

Location: Neubert Elementary School, Algonquin

Cost: $25.00 to include three rounds of bunco, dessert room, 3 prizes for every pod (12 women).

Begin organizing your pod of 12 so you’re ready when sign up begins, (smaller groups are very welcome, you will be seated with others to form a pod of 12). Invitations and sign-up information will be sent out in mid February.
