Go around the room and complete the following using the Task Direction Sheet. Misconduct will result in removal from the room.
Station #1: Eye Wash:Notes:

teacher. Note that the teacher should always be notified
regardless of who is helping initially.
Station #2: Goggle Cabinet:Notes:
#3 The goggles should face with the outside lenses down and the
part that touches your face toward the top of the cabinet.
#4 This ensures that the goggles get sterilized well by the UV
light inside the cabinet.

#8 Take the safety blanket out of the canister. Open the safety
blanket, and wrap it around the person on fire to smother
the flames.
Station #4: Lab BenchNotes:
#9 In the middle of the counter or away from the edge so that it does not accidentally get knocked off.
#10 If you break glassware. Resist the urge to touch it or help
clean it up. Back away from the area, notify fellow
classmates and inform the teacher so that he/she may clean
it up properly.

dangerous chemicals like flammables and corrosives in the
prep room, along with other safety risks.
