- Wrote City of Clear Lake Shores Water Conservation Plan
- Designed EPA potable standard and LEED Gold standard rainwater system for City of Plano Environmental Education Center
- Designed rainwater system for Wylie Civic Center and Municipal Buildings Complex and consulted with construction engineering firm.
- Designed and built rainwater system to irrigate City of San Marcos Nature Center and educational display
- Advised City of Houston on permit system for potable rainwater. Believed to be the first municipal permit for potable rainwater in the US.
- Designed green roof and landscape rainwater irrigation systems for the Green Resource Center in the Houston Code Enforcement Building
- Designed and consulted on rainwater system for new Primate Habitat for the Houston Zoo
- Consultant to League City Director of Public Works Water Production Division on revising and implementing water conservation plan
- Rain barrel distribution programs for cities, water conservation districts and river authorities (including LCRA) throughout Central and South Texas
