Stormwater Management Performance Bond Form

Know all men by these present that we, the undersigned, , the principal (s), and , surety, are held and firmly bound unto GREENSVILLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA, in the penal sum of

for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said principal (s) did file with the County of Greensville plans and specifications for certain improvements required pursuant to the County of Greensville Stormwater Management Ordinance , and in connection with the development of a project entitled which said plans and specifications are incorporated herein by reference.

Now, therefore, if the said principal (s) shall well and faithfully complete and perform the said improvements in accordance with the said plans and specifications, including the payment of all lawful claims of contractors, subcontractors, material men and laborers for all labor performed and materials furnished in the completion of the said improvements, then this obligation shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in full force and effect; it being expressly understood and agreed that the liability of the surety for any and all claims hereunder shall in no event exceed the penal sum of this obligation as herein stated. The said surety, for value received hereby stipulates and agrees that no change, extension of time, alteration or addition to the plans and specifications aforesaid shall in any way affect its obligations on this bond and it does hereby waive notice of any change, extension of time, alterations or additions to the plans and/or specifications.
