Crowne Plaza hotel Bruges is situated in the city centre of the charming and romantic city of Bruges, conveniently located on the magnificent Burg Square, adjacent to the historic Town Hall and the Chapel of Holy Blood.

The Flemish Environment is pleased to inform you that we have arranged a special offer for all participants and their companions at following rates:

Reservation for rooms must be received at the latest on Friday 6th August 2010to insure the group rate. After this date room availability can not be guaranteed and normal rates are applied.

How to get to Bruges?

Belgium's National Airport is situated in Brussels/Zaventem, only 100 km away from Bruges. Bruges is centrally located in Flanders, easily accessible by air, by train and by car.

-When you arrive at Bruges train station:

Once you arrive at "Bruges Central Station", just outside the railway station you can either take a taxi or use public transport (city bus nr. 2 or 12 – bus-stop Grote Markt).Than you take the Breidelstraat and the hotel is in front of you.

Walking distance to the Crowne Plaza Bruges hotel from Bruges Central Station: 15 minutes.

Participants will receive an info package of events, restaurants and things to do and see in Bruges on the 6th of October 2010.

WEATHER INFORMATION

The seasons in Belgium are relatively mild and the weather changeable. April to September is the warmest time of the year, however, the summer months of July and August are also the wettest months. Be prepared, always carry an umbrella whatever the time of year.
