ASSOCIATION OF TUFTS ALUMNAE
PROXY FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
TO BE HELD JUNE 3, 2008
The undersigned, having received notice of the Annual Meeting of the Association of Tufts Alumnae (ATA), hereby nominates, constitutes and appoints Barbara J. Hill and Barbara E. Clarke, each of them acting singly, the true and lawful attorney of the undersigned with full power and substitution, for and in the name, place and stead of the undersigned, to vote at the Annual Meeting of the ATA, to be held at Alumnae Lounge on the campus of Tufts University on June 3, 2008, and any adjourned sessions thereof, with all the powers the undersigned possesses if personally present, on all matters coming before said Annual Meeting.
Please execute this Proxy by circling either “FOR” or “AGAINST” for the following matters:
1. To elect the Officers and Directors as proposed at the Annual Meeting, the names of which shall be listed on the ATA website not less than two weeks prior to the date of the Annual Meeting:

2. To approve the adoption of the new By-Laws of the ATA, as set forth on the ATA website to replace the existing by-laws of the ATA.

3. To ratify that the Annual Meeting taking place on June 3, 2008, and any adjourned sessions thereof, shall constitute and be valid as the 2008 Annual Meeting of the ATA for all purposes, and that the actions taken at said Annual Meeting by not less than twenty-five (25) members of the ATA shall be and constitute valid actions of the ATA binding for all purposes.
