I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in Student Environmental Club meetings during the 2010- 2011 school year. I also give consent for my child to accompany teachers and/or volunteer parents on walking field trips off of school property onto Baltimore county property. We will be going to the pond area in front of the school and/or the woods adjacent to the JVE campus during our Environmental Club Meetings and during Earth Week. These trips will occur before and sometimes after school.

The children will walk and they will be accompanied by teachers, staff and/or parents.
