4. CIP Self Audit - Answer 10 questions regarding our current CIP
Committee worked on these as a group. Mrs. Brinkman provided pre-constructed responses to the questions. The committee evaluated each question and provided feedback/revision suggestions to some of the responses. Mrs. Brinkman notated recommended changes and will provide the edited document to the committee.
5. Quick Review and Update on SGPHS Staff Development Plan
The committee was presented with only one change to the staff development plan approved at the September 13 meeting. That change is a rotation schedule, placing the teachers in smaller groups for their time with our consultant on January 17. When not with our consultant teachers will either be in Kurzwell Training, PLC, or District Staff Development. The committee noted that it is still aligned with the overall goal of the plan and our CIP. Committee was in agreement with the change.
6. January Formative Review –review and evaluate progress of our CIP
-Is this working?
-Is this still the right plan/strategy?
-Are we making progress? (refer to language in Plan4Learning)
-Have we completed this goal/strategy?
-Are there any recommended updates/improvements?
-Do the strategies address our CNA?
Mrs. Brinkman projected the plan as it is on the 806 Technologies website. All goals were reviewed. One goal was marked discontinued due to SGPHS not having any grant funded positions. All goals were either marked as no progress, some progress, considerable progress, or accomplished with notations included.
