NB: All players/managers/teams are responsible for acknowledging conditions of entry to the centre; centre rules, laws of the game. Each player/manager/team must read and agree to the Tamworth Sports Dome Futsal Handbook prior to competition commencement. Emails and contact details may be used for information on present and future competitions.

Age Group/Divisions and length of season(please note that your age group is whatever age you turn that year e.g. for the 2016 Winter/Spring Futsal Competition if a child is 6, but turns 7 before December 31st 2016, then they would be in the under 7’s):

  • Junior Leagues (U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12) –2016Winter/Spring season will run on Monday’s between 4-6pm August 1st–September 19th(8 weeks)
  • Youth Leagues (U13, U14, U15, U16) - 2016 Winter/Spring season will run on Friday’s from 4:00pm –July 29th– September 23rd(9 weeks)
  • Men’s Premier League (1st Grade), Men’s Reserve Grade (2nd Grade),Social League (3rd Grade), Masters League (Over 40’s) Mixed Social League,and Women’s League–2016 Winter/Spring season will run on Friday’s from 6pm - July 29th – September 23rd(9 weeks)

Formats

  • U6’s and U7’s – Will be ‘Half-field’ games (running across the futsal field with mini goals) with 15 minute halves and 5 players on the field for each team.
  • U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12 games will be full field games with 15 minute halves and 5 players on the field for each team.
  • U13, U14, U15 and U16 games will be full field games with 20 minute halves and 5 players on the field for each team.
  • Men’s Premier League (1st Grade), Men’s Reserve Grade (2nd Grade),Social League (3rd Grade), Masters League (Over 40’s), Mixed Social League and Women’s League games will be full field games with 20 minute halves and 5 players on the field for each team.
  • Mixed Social League – must have at least 2 Female field players on the field at any given time (excluding the goal keeper)
  • All Under 6’s to Under 11’s games will be ‘non-competitive’
  • All Under 12’s to senior games will be competitive and results will be posted on the Northern Inland Football Website.

Nominating a Futsal team:

  • To nominate a team, the Nomination Form must be completed and returned to the Northern Inland Football Office (Suite 3 Ground Floor 468-472 Peel Street Tamworth) or emailed to .
  • Nominations close:

-Youth and Seniors (all Friday competitions): Friday July 22nd at 5pm

-Juniors (all Monday Competitions): Monday July 25th at 5pm

  • Please note that if there are insufficient teams nominated for an age group/division, teams nominated in these age groups/divisions will be consulted and may be combined with other age groups

Payment:

There are two components: The Team Fee (a one-off amount paid by each team) and My Football Club Registration (insurance payment) that each player must complete online.

-Team Fees:

-Junior teams (Under 6’s and Under 7’s) - $230 for 8-week competition

-Junior teams (Under 8’s - Under 11’s) - $330 for 8-week competition

-Junior teams (Under 12’s) - $340 for 8-week competition

-Youth (Under 13’s - Under 16’s) - $375for 9-week competition

-Senior teams - $450 for 9-week competition

-Team fees must be paid by the team captain or team representative before their 1st game

All players are also required to register online at myfootballclub.com.au – the same process as outdoor.

Steps:

1)Go to

2)Under the ‘Players’ tab at the top of the page click ‘Register Now’

3)You will then be redirected to a page where you will have to choose one of the three options:

-‘Click here to proceed to login pages’

-‘Click here to find your FFA number’

-‘Click here to create an FFA account

4)If you have your FFA number and password click ‘Click here to proceed to log in pages’, if not select the option that is applicable to you to gain access to your number and password and then log in.

5)Once logged in to your My Football Club player account, click the ‘Register’ box on the top right of the page

6)The Contact details page will come up. Fill out this page and then in the bottom right corner of the page click ‘next’

7)The ‘Select Registration’ page will then come up.

-Step 1: Type in ‘Northern Inland Football Futsal Club’.

-Step 2: Select Player

-Step 3: Select whether you are a Registered or Unregistered Junior or Senior

-Step 4: Click Add Packages

-Finally click next at the bottom right corner

My Football Club Registration Fees (NNSW Football insurance coverage included):

  • Senior (19+ years) – Currently registered = $29.45, Unregistered = $65.75
  • Junior (17 years and under) – Currently registered = $19.65, Unregistered = $25.15
  • Online registrations are to be completed before the players first game. For insurance purposesplayers will not be able to take the field if this is not paid. Each player’s registration expires at the end of the 2016 Winter/Spring competition.

Other:

  • All team managers nominating teams must ensure that they read and abide by Tamworth Sports Dome’s Futsal Handbook. Failure to abide by these terms will result in possible forfeiture of fees and or team/player withdrawal from the competition.
  • All team managers, players, parents and spectators are to abide by Tamworth Sports Dome’s Code of Conduct at all times.
  • Each team is required to have a responsible person to record points on the official scoresheet provided and to keep time.
